Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping costs
Shipping is € 2.45 per order, wherever you live. Orders over € 55 ship free — worldwide. You will always see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and your location. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs on international shipments.

Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code (if available). You can use this to follow the status of your package.
Customs costs & import duties
Our products are shipped from our EU warehouse. VAT (21%) is already included in the product price. For shipments outside the EU, import duties or customs costs may apply; these are borne by the recipient and determined by the customs authority of the destination country, not by LeSplendour.
