2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements through LeSplendour. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to deliver the product at that price. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
4. Formation of the agreement
An agreement is formed the moment you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the available payment methods in the store. Orders are processed after payment is received.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the stated delivery time. Delivery times are indicative. In case of a delay of more than 30 days, you have the right to terminate the agreement.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products must be returned unused and in original condition. Return costs are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow within 14 days of receiving the return.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed products whose seal has been broken for hygiene reasons, and custom-made products.
9. Warranty
Products comply with the agreement and reasonable quality standards. In case of defects, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with the law.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the delivered product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure, such as strikes, government measures, or supplier disruptions.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer you can also file a complaint via the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
