Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from LeSplendour.

Right of withdrawal — 14-day cooling-off period

As a consumer, you have the legal right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Send an email to laurensjanbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a note that you wish to return.
2. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Send the product back in its original condition and packaging.
4. Keep proof of shipment.

Conditions

• Products must be returned unused and in original, undamaged packaging.
• Sealed cosmetic or hygiene products whose seal has been broken are not eligible for return.
• Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping costs of the original order are not refunded, unless the full package is returned.

Damaged or wrong product?

Contact us immediately via laurensjanbusiness@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
